Do you have difficulty satisfying your appetite? All of our suggested menus contain some recipes or foods that can be eaten in unlimited quantities. You will not be counting calories as with Jenny Craig, or points as you do with Weight Watchers. What's more, you can choose from 150 foods which you can eat without restriction.

Healthy & natural food

Cooking and eating the LebootCamp way means natural nutrition without the need for supplements, meal replacement shakes, or chemical appetite suppressants. We will guide you in your dietary choices according to your criteria, be it a need for iron, fiber, vitamin C, etc.
