Web Developer

Job Description:
Seeking a motivated, hands-on and talented Web Developer. Ability to work independently, eye for detail, and strong programming skills are top requirements. Main tasks: implement our new site layout/design and develop interactive web solutions, implement and manage mass mailing processes, design and develop websites, and slicing/coding in HTML and CSS. Must have ability to manage intense workload and meet project parameters of scope, schedule and budget.

Job Requirements:

Server-side knowledge is a top requirement (PHP, SQL/MySQL, Zend Framework)
Mastery of mass mailing processes and tools
Coding / programming skills in HTML, CSS, Dynamic HTML, Client-side scripting (JavaScript, VBScript and etc.)
Strong ability to execute all aspects of Web/Interactive project (project management, design, implementation, and troubleshooting.)
Working knowledge of Web 2.0, social media, SEO/SEM and browser issues/compatibility issues


Head of Product Development

    The Senior Product Manager will help to define and execute product roadmap. He/She will drive the conceptual and technical development of new products. You will work with your peers in user experience, technology, editorial, business, sales, and marketing to ship successful, meaningful products that help our users manage health and fitness online.

    Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of new products (digital, mobile) and platform enhancements, from conception to launch, working with a cross functional team of Technology, Editorial, Marketing and Design.
  • Write specifications, prioritize features, build consensus.
  • Integrate usability studies, user research, and market analysis into product requirements to ensure products satisfy customer needs. Utilize market research, reporting data, and other sources to develop a continuing product development strategy and timeline.
  • Inform the product roadmap and product strategy with new, compelling ideas.

  • Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years experience designing, defining, developing and launching successful digital products, and at least 1 year of experience launching successful mobile products
  • Experience developing a re-usable product platform
  • Demonstrated experience writing and prioritizing requirements documents and organizing resources
  • Demonstrated experience using data analytics to improve a product
  • Expert in the metrics that drive advertising-based websites, including impression and page view generation, online marketing, search engine optimization, customer engagement and retention, social networking and community building.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and analytic skills
  • Technical knowledge is required - while you won't be writing code you should understand the technical implications of the product decisions you make
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, work independently, think creatively, evaluate usage data, and multitask.
  • Avid user of iPhone, iPad and/or Android mobile application
  • Passionate, hard working, driven individual with curiosity to innovate and deliver business value

Health Editor (internship)

    Required skills: English must be your first language and/or fluent. If you speak Spanish, German and/or French it is a plus.
    Proven interest in healthy living, nutrition, fitness, health, weight loss trends, diets.
    The ideal candidate will be extremely web savvy, a quick learner, very detail-oriented, energetic, efficient, good at self-directed follow through, an excellent writer/copy editor and be an avid consumer of online media. He/she should have strong interest in the issues LeBootCamp deals with, and familiarity with social media sites and environmental news. Experience with Photoshop, Twitter, and HTML preferred. This is great opportunity to learn all the ins and outs of new media and get a hands-on exposure to how the site works -- there's virtually no clerical work involved -- it's virtually all content creation. The intern would have an opportunity to pitch articles and posts. 3 days a week or more preferred, unpaid and/or for school credit. Community Manager

    Required skills: Deep knowledge of viral tools, online networks (FaceBook, Linkedin, large forums, etc.). English must be fluent (written, spoken). If you speak Spanish, German and/or French it is a plus.
    Empathy, an uncanny ability to network, and a proven interest in healthy living, nutrition, fitness, health, weight loss trends, diets are necessary for this position.
    The ideal candidate will have to be extremely web savvy, a born networker, able to think out of the box and self-directed.

    Required skills: all SEO and SEM tools and techniques including affiliate programs. Must know the overall healthy living/weight loss market.

US Market Affiliate Sales - Account Manager

    Required skills: must know the US health/weight loss market. Relevant work experience in an online environment. Self starter with an ability to work efficiently, effectively and independently. Creative, persistent and outgoing personality, eager to learn. Excellent communication, negotiation & reporting skills. Business, marketing or other relevant (academic) degree. English must be fluent (written and spoken).
    The objective of our Affiliate Sales Department is to distribute our programs through 3rd party websites. These websites include well-known branded sites, search engines and partner based directories. Our Global Distribution Network currently includes over 850 websites.
    The ideal candidate will be customer orientated, experienced and a target driven sales professional, who wishes to immerse themself into our dynamic and rapidly growing company. S/he has a passion for the internet, are committed and able to work well on your own initiative while being an integral part of the Affiliate Sales Team. The role demands the ability to sell a multi-faceted product to key players in the industry, which requires a motivated self-starter with the ability to establish relationships and influence decision makers at all levels.

PR Inside Management

    To support the initiatives of our publicity teams in the USA we are looking for a highly-motivated individual.
    Required skills: English must be fluent (spoken and written). French, Spanish and/or German are a plus. Degree in journalism, PR management or equivalent is a preferred but not required if there is enough relevant hands-on experience.
    The ideal candidate will be tenacious, highly-motivated, a self-starter with the ability to establish long-lasting relationships with key players in the media world (online, print, viral).
